As a Crypto Customer Support Specialist, I provide users with broad and technical help with the unique, exciting, and ever-changing world of digital assets and blockchain technology. With a deep understanding of wallets, exchanges, and Defi (decentralized finance) platforms, I help users safely and securely with transaction issues, wallet access, KYC/AML, and platform-related issues. I communicate through a variety of mediums, both written and verbal, and am timely and consistent with responses, and establish trust and confidence with users, particularly when dealing with new experiences outside of tradition and using money. I'm also very proficient in Zendesk, Intercom, Fresh desk, and others to ensure that every contact made through support is efficient, compliant, educational, and translated into understandability from the gap between people's amazing tech and the tech they use.
