KTI is currently offering 8 hour pre-assignment, 16 hour on-the-job, and 8 hour annual in-service New York State mandated courses for new security guards. We also offer advanced training in Celebrity & Executive Protection. Fire & Life Safety Director (FLSD) Certification, and Advanced General Training. Classes are available online via Zoom. KTI will be adding dates and additional classes regularly.
Edward Troiano (founder of Knight Security) started the Knight Training Institute (KTI) to fill the gap in professional, high-caliber security training available in New York City that met the attention to detail and level of expertise that he demands of his employees.
